IMPORTANT NOTICE: IL-4 CORe SAFE is designed exclusively for transferring data up to Impact Level 4 (IL-4) between authorized users or into CORe systems. This tool cannot be used for personal information (PII/PHI) nor for higher classification data (IL-5). If sharing export-controlled (ITAR) data, the sender must verify that all recipients are US Citizens.

CORe SAFE Disclaimer: If Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) data or Export Controlled (ITAR) CUI data are transferred into CORe SAFE, the transferring user is responsible for ensuring that the data is encrypted prior to the transfer, for ensuring that the intended recipient is authorized to receive CUI or CUI ITAR data, and for securely providing the corresponding encryption passphrase to the intended recipient. If the transferring user is unsure whether the information to be transferred is CUI or CUI ITAR, it should be verified by a supervisor.
