IMPORTANT NOTICE: IL-4 CORe SAFE is designed exclusively for transferring data up to Impact Level 4 (IL-4) between authorized users or into CORe systems. This tool cannot be used for personal information (PII/PHI) nor for higher classification data (IL-5). If sharing export-controlled (ITAR) data, the sender must verify that all recipients are US Citizens.
UPLOAD NOTICE: If you experience upload failures, compress your files into a single ZIP file and try uploading again.
